When clinically indicated, your doctor or the practice nurse will set a reminder in the practice system. You will receive a first text message related to this reminder if you have not made any appointments within a 7 day period of your follow-up date. After 7 days, you will receive a second reminder if you have not made an appointment. Finally, we will send you a letter as third attempt if you do not respond to the initial text messages. If you do not contact the practice after the third attempt, the reminder will be removed from our system.
